Pro-rated refunds are available for the Annual Bus Pass with a $25.00 processing fee. The processing fee is waived if you cancel before the start of school. Pro-rated refunds are based upon the date you return the bus pass to us, based upon any unused months. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days during that month. Please include your credit card number and expiration date along with the bus pass as our system does not keep the information.

If your student has an Annual Bus Pass, please write a note to the driver for each occasion granting permission to use a different route or bus stop. If you don’t have an Annual Bus Pass, please purchase a One Trip Pass in advance.

Students must have a valid bus pass to ride the school bus. If your student has lost or misplaced their pass please order a replacement pass. The fee for a replacement fee is $5. Please allow 3 days for delivery by US Mail.
